About us

Built in Bikaner, for the theka business

ApnaTheka is made by Accorgminds Private Limited, a software company in Bikaner, Rajasthan. It is one application for everything a licensed liquor business records — from the corporation invoice to the Balance Sheet.

Why we built it

A theka runs on registers that generic software does not know: RSBCL and RSGSM bills with their duty, TCS and permit fee; a minimum guarantee to be met every month; a daily parcha at every counter; stock counted in cases and bottles; cash that travels from the shop to the office each evening. Owners were keeping the hard parts on paper and typing the rest twice.

ApnaTheka records each of those once, where it happens, and posts it into double-entry books — so the excise ledger, the stock and the cash always agree, and a Balance Sheet is one click.

How it is used

The owner runs every company and shop from one login. The office works inside a company's books. The shop works on a touch screen or the Android app, in Hindi or English. A CA firm keeps the accounts from its own login. Customers scan a QR at the shop to order. All of them write into the same books.

How we build

For the trade, not adapted to it

Every screen is written for how a theka works — the corporation bill, the guarantee, the parcha.

One set of books

Nothing is entered twice. A bill accepted at the shop is already in the office's ledgers.

A person decides

A demand, a bill read from a photo, an MRP change — each waits for someone to approve it.

Hindi at the counter

The shop's screens read in Hindi or English, on a touch screen or a phone.
