The counter bills on the store's own price label, set from MRP and changed only with the owner's approval. Barcode scan, cash or UPI, a printed or WhatsApp receipt, and the sale is in the books. Regular parties buy on their khata.

Bills, transfers and adjustments reach a store as something to accept after the crates are counted. Stock is kept in cases and bottles per store and godown, with stock value, ledger and movement reports for any day, and a dead-stock report by age.

Accounts filled by the day's work

Every purchase, sale, expense and bank entry posts into double-entry books. The daily parcha, the cash sent to the office and the day close are one record, and the reports are always current.

Rajasthan excise built in

RSBCL and RSGSM bills with duty, TCS and permit fee, the excise ledgers and guarantee tracking. For stores elsewhere in India, billing, stock and accounts work as they are.
