Theka Software — Billing, Parcha & Accounts for Theka Owners
Theka management software built for how a real theka runs — daily parcha, counter billing at MRP, RSBCL/RSGSM lifting, desi and English liquor stock, staff and cash — all closing into proper books.
What theka software has to know
A theka runs on the corporation invoice, the excise ledger, the monthly guarantee and the daily parcha. Theka software that does not know those is billing software with a different name. ApnaTheka records each of them once, where it happens.
Purchase, excise and the guarantee
RSBCL, RSGSM and RHL bills are entered — typed, or read from a photo — with duty, TCS, permit fee, loading and the guarantee calculated from the rate card. The excise ledgers are kept per licence, the corporation statement is reconciled line by line, and the guarantee is tracked per shop against actual lifting.
The shop's day
The shop accepts stock after counting the crates, bills at the counter, sells to regular parties on their khata, counts the day brand by brand in the parcha, sends its cash to the office and closes the day. The owner gets the summary on WhatsApp.
Every theka, one set of books
Shops, godowns and companies sit under one organization. The owner reads every one from one login; the office works inside a company's books; a CA firm can be engaged on them from its own login. Everything posts into double-entry accounts, so the Balance Sheet is one click.
