Theka software that knows RSBCL, RSGSM and the guarantee

Rajasthan's liquor trade runs through two corporations, a monthly minimum guarantee and a daily parcha at every counter. ApnaTheka records each of them the way the department expects them.

What is built in for Rajasthan

RSBCL & RSGSM bills

Each corporation's invoice with its own ladder — cost of liquor, TCS, value of ITP, excise duty, permit fee and guarantee — calculated from the rate card.

Excise ledgers & statement reconcile

Your RSBCL and RSGSM ledgers per licence. Upload the corporation's statement and see what matches, what differs and what is missing.

Guarantee (MGQ) tracking

Month-wise guarantee per shop against actual lifting, and the excise department's Excel compared with your books.

Guarantee transfers

GT income and expense between licensees as vouchers, and a dues ledger for every guarantee-transfer vendor.

Every e-auction shop in one place

Shops, godowns and companies under one organization, with depot-wise invoice numbering and transfers between them.

Daily parcha & day close

The shop counts the day brand by brand, sends its cash to the office and closes the day; the owner gets the summary on WhatsApp.

How the excise work flows

Deshi liquor comes from RSGSM and English liquor, beer and RML from RSBCL, each on its own invoice. The bill is entered once — typed, or read from a photo with Smart Entry — and the shop accepts it at Stock In after counting the crates. From that one entry the excise ledger, the stock and the guarantee for the month are all updated.

At month end the corporation's statement is uploaded and reconciled line by line, and the guarantee report shows each shop's lifting against its minimum. Nothing is re-typed for the department.
